You make sure containers reach their destination
As a driver at BTT, you play an important role in our container transport operations. You transport containers between our terminals, customers and the seaports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, connecting road transport with our barge and rail services.
You drive modern, well-maintained equipment and stay in direct contact with our planning team. No two days are the same: routes, customers and destinations vary, and on the road you are the face of BTT.
At BTT, our drivers work across different types of container transport, including day, night and shuttle services. For most of our driver positions, a CE driving licence and Code 95 are required.

How does a workday in trucking look?
No two days are the same. You transport containers between ports, terminals, distribution centres and customers. You work with modern vehicles and are in regular contact with planners, colleagues and customers.
What driving licences do I need to work as a driver at BTT?
For most roles, you'll need a category CE licence and Code 95. Each vacancy states exactly which diplomas or certificates are required.
Do I only work in the Netherlands or also internationally?
That depends on the role. BTT handles both national and international transport operations. The vacancy will state which working area applies to the position.
What are the working hours in trucking?
There are various shifts, depending on planning and the client. You'll know in advance which working hours apply to your role.
