You are the link between customer, planning and operation

As a Customer Account Representative at BTT, you are the fixed point of contact for your customers, making sure container flows run smoothly, communication is on point, and processes keep improving.

What will you be doing?

Your day in the office

You maintain an overview of container shipments and continuously liaise between customers and internal departments.

  • Being the first point of contact for your own client portfolio
  • Processing orders and keeping order and goods flows up to date in the system
  • Informing customers about changes, delays and solutions
  • Working closely with planners, terminals and operations
  • Identifying issues and arranging solutions together with colleagues
  • Contributing ideas on improvements to processes, KPIs and service

What do we ask of you?

You switch quickly, communicate easily and keep an overview — even when it's busy.

  • MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics
  • Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Customer-focused and proactive work attitude
  • You work accurately, think in solutions and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience with MS Office; knowledge of ERP or TMS systems is a plus

Experience within logistics or customer service is a bonus, but we consider motivation and eagerness to learn just as important.
