As a Customer Account Representative at BTT, you are the fixed point of contact for your customers, making sure container flows run smoothly, communication is on point, and processes keep improving.
You maintain an overview of container shipments and continuously liaise between customers and internal departments.
You switch quickly, communicate easily and keep an overview — even when it's busy.
Experience within logistics or customer service is a bonus, but we consider motivation and eagerness to learn just as important.

What does a Customer Account Representative at BTT do?
You're the main point of contact for customers. You answer questions, process transport orders and make sure customers are helped quickly and professionally.
Do I need logistics experience?
Experience in transport or logistics is a plus, but your communication skills, customer focus and organisational talent matter more.
Do I have a lot of customer contact?
Yes. You'll have daily contact with customers, planners, drivers and colleagues. You play an important role in keeping the logistics process running smoothly.
Is every workday the same?
No. You constantly switch between different customers, shipments and enquiries, which makes the work varied and challenging.
