You keep an overview, work accurately and make sure loading and unloading runs smoothly.
In the hectic pace of the logistics process, you stay sharp and focused — and the results of your work are visible directly, every day.
You are responsible for loading and unloading containers onto ships using the gantry crane. We aim to make you more broadly deployable over time — on machines such as a reach stacker and empty handler — so that variety remains in your work and you can continue to grow.
You stay calm under pressure and have a sharp eye for safety.
At BTT, we invest in you — not just in your role, but also in your further development.
At BTT, you don't work for an anonymous logistics company, but for an organisation where people know each other and pull together. With terminals in Tilburg, Bergen op Zoom and Geleen, our own truck fleet, warehouses and direct connections by road, water and rail, no two days are the same.
Whether you work on the terminal, are out on the road as a driver, work in the warehouse or sit in the office, your work directly impacts the operation. You see what you do, work with modern resources and get the space to develop yourself.
Together, we make sure that thousands of containers reach their destination every day. We're proud of that.
After you've applied, our recruiter gets to work. Keep an eye on your phone and inbox!
Does your motivation and experience match what we're looking for? Great! We'll invite you for an introductory meeting with the manager on location.
Was the introductory meeting positive? Then we'll schedule a second interview as soon as possible! A possible future colleague often joins this conversation too.
Do both sides have a good feeling about it? Then you'll receive an offer to come and work at BTT.
Have we reached an agreement and do you accept the offer? Great! Welcome to BTT!
